Scheduling training built on your programmes, not sample files.
Generic scheduling courses teach the buttons; teams forget them within a month because nothing connected to their real work. Our training is bespoke by design — built around your project environment, your schedule standards, and your live programmes — delivered by planners who run P6 and MS Project on hyperscale programmes between sessions.
What we teach
Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project from working fundamentals to advanced control: logic-driven planning, WBS and coding design, baselines and update discipline, float and critical path management, reporting layouts leadership will actually read — and the planning judgement underneath the software, because the tool is only a way of expressing intent.
How engagements run
We start from your environment: standards review, a skills baseline, then structured sessions on your own programme data with real update cycles as homework. Cohorts stay small enough to coach individuals. Post-training, teams keep access to us for the awkward first solo update cycle — that is where training either sticks or dies.
Building in-house planning capability
Training is one rung of a bigger ladder we build for clients: establishing, coaching, and operating in-house planning capability so mission-critical planning becomes a repeatable strength — the model head contractors used on Microsoft and Stack programmes to keep the capability after we left.
Common questions
Do you run public scheduled courses?
No — bespoke engagements only. The value is in training on your programmes and standards; a public course cannot do that.
What experience level do attendees need?
We calibrate from new planning engineers through senior planners. A short skills baseline before the engagement puts each attendee in the right stream.
Can training lead into an embedded planning capability?
Yes — many clients pair training with our in-house planning capacity service: we help recruit, structure, coach, and initially operate the team, then hand it over.
